Human Emotion

7th Feb 2010 was a very emotional day for me.
Like others for a long time i have laboured to learn the depths of myself. For each of us this is an ongoing process throughout eternity. We all succeed to our own degree.
Human beings are emotional just beneath the surface of a pretty smile lies alot.
Waves of powerful emotion which occassionally appear and flow through us. In everyday life these emotions lay relatively sedated put to sleep by our modern life.
A part of my personal objective was to learn about the different emotions within.
Within the playing field of superior stillness the platform for meditation.
These emotions may more easily be handled.
Though in normal life they may have enormous influence on what we choose to do.
How we choose to live. Our friends, our work and our lifestyle.
Catharsis may seem unenviable from the regulated observation deck of a modern civilian.
But with spiritual connection, in it is something beautiful and a transformation of the soul takes place.
